Do you support white-label reports?
Short answer: Yes, on the Agency plan (£399/month) and Enterprise: your logo and colours on reports, separate client workspaces and client-viewer logins.
Yes. White-label reporting is included on the Agency plan at £399 a month and on Enterprise. Starter and Growth produce reports under the Seoptist name.
What white-label covers on Agency:
- Your logo and colours on PDF reports and the client-facing views.
- Client workspaces. Each client is a separate brand with its own prompts, competitors, audit and checklist; up to 20 brands on Agency.
- Client-viewer logins. Give a client read-only access to their own workspace, so they can see visibility trends and the checklist without seeing your other clients.
- Shared prompt pool. 300 tracked prompts across all clients, with a +50 add-on if you need more.
- All AI engines, including Claude, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot.
- Slack and Teams alerts so accuracy issues and visibility drops reach the account manager, not just an inbox.
- 15 seats for your team and priority support.
A custom domain for the client-facing views is planned for a later phase; today white-label means branding inside reports and the viewer experience, not a fully separate hostname.
For reporting cadence, most agencies send a monthly PDF built from the weekly runs, with the checklist progress as the "what we did" section. Because every chart is based on three samples per prompt per engine, the report shows trends rather than a single lucky or unlucky answer, which makes it much easier to set honest expectations with clients.
Enterprise adds daily tracking, unlimited brands, SSO and a dedicated account manager. Plan details are at /pricing.
